Passengers Deserve Telecommunications Choices on AircraftThe Inflight Passenger Communications Coalition was organized to better inform the traveling public of new communications technologies that safely enable voice and data service while traveling in U.S. airspace. Rapidly being adopted around the world, inflight communications service allows airline passengers to use their own cell phone and smartphones to send and receive voice calls, text messages, emails and web access as if they were on the ground. We hope this interactive site provides a well rounded discussion of the benefits and facts of inflight connectivity and choice. We welcome you to explore our site. We hope the traveling public will become more aware of section 423 in H.R.915, and learn how communications connectivity technology is being accepted and adopted on commercial airlines in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. We also invite you provide your feedback and opinion by taking part in our survey on this important issue.
